Johnny es un miembro veterano de Los Perdidos, una notoria pandilla de motoqueros. Johnny ha estado creando oportunidades de negocios para Los Perdidos en Liberty City, pero su primer lealtad debe ser para el parche que lleva en su espalda y para Billy Grey, el presidente del club. Aunque cuando Billy regresa de rehabilitacion encuentra todo convertido en un infierno sangriento y devastado. Johnny se encuentra en el medio de una viciosa guerra con las pandillas rivales por el control de la ciudad, que ha dado un vuelco hacia la violencia y la corrupcion. Podra sobrevivir la hermandad?
